I was first licensed in 1984 and begin my full time real estate career in 2003. I was born and raised near Statesville NC on a dairy farm and learned at an early age the value and fulfillment in hard work. It was a great education living on a farm, learning how to build and repair building and running the farm was great training for managing REO’s Afterwards I studied engineering at NC State University for 2 years and realized my life was more pointed towards a career in sales and Sales management. During my college days and shortly afterwards I worked with my uncle building houses. Learning many aspects of the building trade that works great for me today in Real Estate and property preservation! From 1974 until 2003 I worked in the auto business, with most jobs found in a dealership from salesperson, Finance manager, Sales Manager, General Sales Manager, and General Manager, to Owner. After the slowdown from 9/11 I sold my property and dealership and moved into Real Estate full time. I first started working with Greenlink then HomEq in 2005 doing BPO’s then started listing REO’s in 2006, I worked for many other companies. Including USRES, Service Link, Goodman Dean, MD Webb, PCVMurcor, VRM listing VA assets, Clear Capital, FAS, Infinity Valuations, Service First, and others. I have been a member of the National REO Brokers Association (NRBA) since April 2010! I market all assets thru many sources including List Hub, KW national, Craig’s List and other sites! I am always on time with valuations and assignments and will continue to work in an excellent manor. I have a team that helps keep me up to date on all tasks and assignments.
